Prime Broker Client Services
Primary day to day client representative for support of the business unit for assigned portfolio of clients.
• Work with and supervise junior staff to resolve client discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking of client transactions.
• Investigate and resolve position, price and payment reconciliation breaks
• Assist clients with understanding web-based reports
• Set up of new broker accounts in system and maintain static data
• Resolve and manage all client trade related issues
• Build & manage the relationship with Prime Brokerage business unit and support client visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with assigned clients
• Ensure all client tracer exceptions are cleared daily.
• Manage all risk and control related issues and ensure that the correct escalation process is followed.
Who we’re looking for
• Prior experience in a client facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of equity markets and settlement cycles.
• Working knowledge of eSpear
• Comfortable working with many various groups including Business Unit, Controlling, Technology and other operational areas
• High personal motivation levels able to work to tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of cash equity, FX and stock loan products
