NAFE Is a Superb Business Executive Association for Women
Female executives, are you interested in joining an organization aimed at supporting female executives in all their endeavors? NAFE, or the National Organization of Female Executives may be just the ticket. This excellent networking group holds regular conferences and awards “women of excellence” certificates to deserving members. If you are interested in having your company be recognized by NAFE, be aware of the following requirements:
- women must occupy the top executive positions
- there must be a corporate culture that nurtures successful women
- the company must have more than 1000 employees
- you will have to complete an application with more than 250 questions
- NAFE is interested in which female managers at every level are responsible for profit/loss, and requires a high percentage of them to be women.
