M&A Looking Up in 2010, Says Baird’s Lanser
The M&A market was largely stagnant throughout the financial crisis and while it is still fairly quiet, there are some signs of life and reasons for optimism in the new year. Howard Lanser, who heads up private equity firm Baird & Co’s mergers and acquisitions team, is looking forward to 2010 as a big year for M&A.
