Happy Customer Service Week!
October 1st through the 9th is the United States’ National Customer Service Week.
This week encourages employers to recognize the dedication of their service representatives and remind their organizations the importance of customer service.
Congress approved the event in 1992, which falls every year during the first week of October. The Customer Service Group has been the official sponsor and provides useful informaton on celebrating the week and materials to decorate for recognition events.
Customer service is a critical element to business operations and one deemed worth of honoring nationally for over a decade. Check back for special resources this week and more industry news and tips.
