A WBS, or work break down system is a crucial aspect of any business analytics plan and will be a part of any educational program aimed at building great analytics experts. Always keep in mind, when developing a WBS, that there are two kinds: the Activity WBS and the Deliverable WBS. As the most frequently used model is the Deliverable WBS, you should know what it does. In short, the DWBS encompases:
